Yes — I actively serve clients in Toronto, the GTA, Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary, Hamilton, and other Canadian cities. I am available for travel across Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta. For destination weddings or events outside these areas, travel costs are discussed at booking.
For Canadian bookings I work on an hourly rate model rather than fixed packages, so you pay only for the time you need. Wedding coverage has a 4-hour minimum, portrait and pre-wedding sessions have a 2-hour minimum, and commercial work starts at 1 hour. Additional hours can be added at the same rate. All rates are in CAD and a 30% deposit confirms your booking.
Quoted rates are exclusive of tax. GST/HST is added at the applicable provincial rate at invoicing — currently 13% HST in Ontario, 12% HST in BC, and 5% GST in Alberta and most other provinces. I provide a proper tax invoice for all bookings.
I accept Interac e-Transfer (preferred), credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank/wire transfer for international clients. A 30% deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due 7 days before the session.
I recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for Canadian weddings, especially during the peak summer season (May–September). For South Asian weddings held during Diwali, Navratri, and similar occasions, 6–12 months is ideal. Last-minute bookings are accommodated when availability allows.
Wedding galleries are delivered within 4 weeks. Portrait and pre-wedding sessions within 2 weeks. Commercial and product photography within 7 days. Rush delivery (within 72 hours for events, 3 days for portraits) is available at an additional fee.
My style blends fine-art photojournalism with candid documentary storytelling. I focus on genuine emotion, natural light, and beautifully composed moments — resulting in timeless images rather than overly staged photos.
I specialise in photography; however, I work alongside trusted videography partners in both India and Canada and can recommend or coordinate a full production team for your event.
